Return & Refund Policy

1. If the purchased Item is damaged upon arrive, buyer is advise to take photo of the purchased item as many you can and from multiple angle, so that will easy for us to lodge a report to our service provider.


2. Goods sold are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.


3. Defect or damage of purchase item had to return back within 7days from date of receiving.


4. All return item must be with their original packaging.


5.  If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.

7. E Amaze Auto will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.


8. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7 working days after the confirmation.


9. E Amaze Auto will replace a same item or correct item as per ordered, in the event that wrong goods are delivered to customer are directly resulted by E Amaze Auto, in the event that same items/goods are note available, E Amaze Auto shall refund the purchase price of the items.
